Wedding Cakes
Choose your own combination of cakes, fillings and frostings listed in the brochure or select from one of Pure Bliss combination cakes.
A variety of cake shapes can be used in your design such as round, square, or hexagonal as well as sizes from 6 inches to 14 inches in diameter. It is not just limited to traditional tiered cakes, you can provide individual cakes at each banquet table for your guests to cut and serve themselves (a great conversation starter), dainty cupcakes displayed on beautiful tiered dessert stands, a dessert buffet of many different cakes, tarts and petit fours or you could make arrangements for each guest to feast on a beautifully plated piece of wedding cake or other pastry.
Tiered and stacked wedding cakes are $2.75 per serving. Fondant covered cakes are $3.00 per serving. Two layer filled sheet cakes for a wedding are about a $1.00 per serving. A smaller tiered or stacked cake can be paired with sheet cakes for additional cake servings.
A deposit of $50 is required to reserve your wedding date. Additional fees are added for equipment rentals and deposits. There is an additional charge charge for floral designs created from royal icing, fondant, or gum paste as these are labor-intensive.
